California : Central Coast : Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon FULL BODIED, RIPE RED FRUIT, SPICE, LUSH, CHOCOLATE, HERB, NEW OAK Lush, round, and ripe California Cabernet Sauvignon. Great concentration of ripe red fruits, plum, savory herbs, and spice. Balanced, yet warm with hints of dark chocolate and dried cherries. Smooth tannins; drinking fabulously now. Sustainable

This is definitely a consistent go-to Cab. I really like Daou wines - they never disappoint.

A rich amethyst color is immediately visible as it hits the glass. The bouquet starts with plum, clove and French oak. This Cabernet is complex and yet beautifully refined with a zestful finish.

OK…med-full body surprise even though not first time drank…(maybe too much Italian wine flavoring my taste memory). Somewhat Paso Robles “signature” wine. Likable. Not too much of anything so nice balance, not boring, cab palate identifiable, dark red berry…all innocent, whatever that means to you. Good with burgers.
