Orange Talb! Found this varietal growing wild in a gruer vineyard. Thought it was gruner but when they identified, it wasn’t. Crisp, almost like white ginger, hint of pepper. Very refreshing and will pair well w/ persimmons and scallion -- perfect with spicy Asian food!

Intriguing. Very temperature sensitive. Nice acidity with ripe/tropical fruit notes. A touch vegetal at first, but gains weight and momentum.
