Way more approachable than I excited. Elegant yet rustic at the same time. Eminently drinkable

1st bottle out of the case - Still so young... red berries and leather with super crunchy tannins. Looking forward to see where this goes in the next few decades - It's going to be great.

Excellent for a Barolo of this price range, boasting a nose of kirsch and raspberry fruit, sage leaves, some gravel, and a little bit of sweet cream lending some roundness. It's similarly herbal on the palate, carrying hefty doses of regal sage, mint, graphite, tar, kirsch, some persistent but well-integrated tannins, and great acidity. Could be more rich and concentrated, or more aromatic - though the ripe raspberry fruit still goes beautifully with the herbal notes. Very nice.

Baking spice and floral nose. Beautiful balance of soft spice and dark berries. Wonderfully structured and a delight to experience!
