Sheer delight. The nose is hibiscus and ruby red grapefruit. The mouth is a complex and grippy adventure with grapefruit, red papaya, lychee. This is not a NZ Sauvignon by any means, despite those notes, it's a serious thinking wine to sip for days with or without food.
