100% Clairette on 2016 Vintage. Lemon zest, peach and apricot with pineapple aftertaste. Touch of honey note with savoriness. Round mouthfeel but still has great minerality. Dry, med plus acidity. A tasty and elegant clairette.

Medium in body. Slightly round mouthfeel but balanced by crisp acidity. Some bitter almond notes and a long mineral finish. A touch of funky earthiness. Very enjoyable at a great price point.

Greenish straw colored w/muted aromas of straw(!) herbaceous, leafy, funky , savory, nectarine & white peach, lime peel, lanolin all mingled with distinct vein of minerality. Lean & angular, sappy - electric acidity. Fairly unusual (and overpriced $22) for a white CDR
