Color: peach. Nose: clean ocean, kumquat, blood orange. Palate: rush of salinity and acidity fully coating the tongue, dried apricots, grainy natural honey (no, the wine is not grainy), slight effervescence. Finish: salinity. Good on it’s own, but works really well with food, like cod with tomato, caper, garlic, EVOO sauce.

Nose is a bit shy, but offers some pretty citrus note. Was expecting a lighter palate, but this has strong Meyer lemon & rich melon notes cut with a mix of tense saline & brisk acid. Excellent stuff on a warm night.

Intensely cheesy finish which I've never encountered before. When natural winemaking obscures terroir instead of elevating it...

Nice round fruit with fair amount of minerality, but also an overwhelming amount of heat
