Best when paired with food - something fatty and creamy to cut through the bone-dryness of the Brut Nature.

This cremant was way too fruity. It deviated from the traditional champagnes being presented at this particular tasting.

Not quite to our taste. Rough finish even for a Brut Nature. Slightly bitter orange or lemon rind.

Nice enough on the nose but then a bit of stone or a whiff of something I didn't care for on the mid-palate. Ended up adding some Aperol/St Germaine to it. So, for us, it was really pricey spritz prosecco.
