See this wine in a shop, buy a case. You'll be ever more happy because of it. One of the best values of bubbles. An ever-evolving Chardonnay from Jura that fools people into thinking it's Champagne. Medium-small bubbles. Clean yet creamy texture. Cheese rind, chalky minerality. Fucking delicious.

Green apples, Apple skin, crisp minerality and chalk. On the palate there is vanilla bean and crushed flintstone vitamins. Medium acid. Not as oxidized as one would expect.

Extreme example of brioche, and buttery croissant aromas. Great minerality and drive. Discouraged in 2011. Very minimal dosage with fine, pleasant bubbles. The price is extremely fair for an upcoming, hip region.
