This wine has all the things. Flavors. Textures. But importantly, it has all the acidity too. And then *poof* it's gone. [If the extra year in the cellar chilled out some of the exuberant stone fruit, it also gave the spicy, herbal side a little more room to breathe. I'll take that trade-off.]

This blend has gained in structure since we first got our shipment last fall. It still needs air, and was better the 2nd night with spicy Chongqing chicken. Plenty of orchard fruit and acidity, a summer wine fo' shizzle.
