Aside from saline notes I'm struggling to identify these savory, super NOT FRUIT descriptors. 100%palomino done without flor but I think intentionally oxidized somewhat. Sherry without being sherry.... Haven't had anything like this before. Like it a lot and understand why most others probably wouldn't. Super cool. Meck.
