Negro Angelo ‘Angelin’ Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 2011: Medium-body. Medium acidity. Medium tannins. Complex & layered notes of red fruits, plum, dried fruits, leather, earth & oak. Long, persistent finish. Overall, this was an outstanding Nebbiolo wine with such a delicious bright taste and wow, let’s talk about this amazing lunchtime meal: Spiedo Bresciano (grilled meats & potatoes) with polenta, intingolo & roasted asparagus. Cheers

Wow. Compared to bottle opened just 2 weeks ago, fresh, aromatic and lovely.

2014. Fairly tight. Day 3 simple but delicious. Still showing some grip so this probably just needs 6 mos.
