Great work per usual from Barnaby and Olga at Teutonic. 50/50 American and German fruit, guessing all Riesling (but it doesn’t actually say on the label). Lychee, peach, and white flowers on the nose, body is equal parts acid, apple, and electricity.

50/50 Mosel and Oregon Riesling. Pale yellow with a green tinge, sparkling clarity. Floral, lime and pineapple notes in nose. Neutral at first, then lime-lemon flavors emerge, nice acidity, mineral finish. Worth trying if you are a Riesling fan, taste really improves if you serve this at room temperature (57F, 14C). 11.1% alc/vol
