This took a while to settle down. Initially, I was concerned, but that soon evaporated. Visually, the wine is delicate in the glass. Nose is filled with mushrooms, truffles, forest floor and black cherries. The wine is taut on the palette. With O2, it extends and expands. Perfectly balanced with underripe tannins. This is destined for greatness - make no mistake! Tonight, I was introduced to something that I want to return to, 3 - 5 years from now...
