This one has aromas of nuts, mushrooms... kind of like Brie cheese or something similar... and hints of some vegetation. Take a sip and it's bright with acidity. Green apple, grapefruit... some bitterness. Finishes off with dryness at n the back of your mouth and semi ripe apricot and Granny Smith that lingers.
