This was just straight up awful. Starts out with a promising whiff of strawberry and then immediately plunges off a cliff into a sour, lactic, astringent mess. Totally undrinkable. I’ve had some lovely stuff from Metras but this was a misfire. “When natural wine...goes wrong”
