Wow. Never had a dolcetto like this - biodynamic production with 20 days of maceration with spontaneous fermentation (without temperature control) followed by 3 years in large Slovenian botte AND THEN 4 years of bottle aging - this was a chewy, gamey wine with dark fruit. Not my favorite wine ever but such a surprise I really enjoyed it.
