On the nose a wonderful combination of high toned florals and funk. The palate delivers an amazing mixture of acid and meatiness with very low alcohol. Tremendous paring with Peking duck as the wine had a hoisin like flavor.I would put this in a Cote Rotie blind tasting.

Weird nose blows off to reveal a subtle Syrah. Low ABV with potential (acidified?) brightness. However, there’s an almost Cab-Franc woodiness, and furry-toothed tannins that keep things serious.
