I mean, who doesn’t love a Rhône valley wine? Classically lovely barnyard wafts, yet more finesse, like a farm to table Michelin rated restaurant, amidst cows and grad and methane gas. A weighty wine, with dark berry overall, a hint of Brett, yet not enough to kill all of the flavor, cherry tart, menthol, pomegranate seed, flexing tannins. A fine ripple these eve. Although bested at darts, I nearly came though in dominoes.

100% destemmed, 3 months in tank, 1 year in 2-8 year old barrels. Young vines ~15 years. Granite soil. Made to drink young. Suitable for aging for a few more years. Minerality, rosemary, clove. Floral and fruity (tart). Elevated to high acidity. Elevated acidity and alcohol.

Bold Cornas expression. Definitely young and needs a few more years in the bottle to truly mature, however it was quite enjoyable even in its youth. Blueberries, dark fruit and smoke evolves with good heat and a long finish. Tannins are firm but not grippy
