First, thank you to @Severn Goodwin for this beautiful example of White Burgundy. @Plate & Bottle Dinner. Second Course, Summer Squash, Sheep Fat, Parisian Gnocchi, Pistachio. Zucchini has gnocchi with basil mint and chive and purée that has lemon and pistachio. Squash is seared and confit. Both excellent but, even better together.
