Quite nervy and that lovely floral Jamet perfume slowly emerging as it opened up. Drank too fast with crazy québécois and a Frenchie.

First time trying Jamet. This one was all smoky bacon, with a lush texture. Hope to try more, and with more age.

I can't get with the hype. This one opened pretty with perfume and red fruit. After five hours green olives and magic marker. Bit lean and mean on the paler too. Bit disappointed.
