Greatest bottle of Jamet I’ve had in a long time. I don’t have much experience with the 2000 vintage. I don’t recall it being so utterly spectacular as this bottle. The only other Jamet that has come close in terms of pleasure is the 1995. But whereas that vintage is characterized by beauty, elegance and bright red fruit, the 2000 was all iron, blood, dark fruit, and savage energy.
