What a nose. Soft lemon, rock pools, slate. Like fresh sea spray and lemon oil. Deep, fresh, invigorating. Oyster shells. On the palate beautifully evolved and rounded with perfect detailed acidity, some honeyed hints of secondary notes coming through, a touch of apple and a huge long finish. Stunning.
