Just as with the Dauvissat the other night, initially a bit closed but after an hour shows up emphatically with a smokey minerality, wet whool, lemon peel, hints of acacia honey and a firm power and fresh finish with a touch of an oily texture.

2005 Raveneau Montee de Tonneau Chablis 1er Cru is more restrained, ore minerally and less floral and aromatic than the 2006 Butteaux. Still a nice Chablis with riich mouth feel.
