Well made wine with a good intensity but too extracted and sweet for me. Not a good QPR

dark red / purple color. The nose on red fruits and vanilla. In the mouth it is quite ripe, the fruit is very present and gives a good attack with spices. The mid-palate misses its mark but the finish compensates with a flattering stint that is a little dry but still pleasant. Drink it over the next 3-4 years. The finish reveals an alcoholic side that stays in the throat. It's good but for $60cad it's a bit expensive I think. I opened a 2017 joblot last week ... it's cheaper and had a lot more complexity and a lot more aging potential.
