Very good Cab Franc on the lighter side of the spectrum. It's appeal, however, is conditional on being consumed pretty much after opening. Two hours in and its youthful exuberance begins to unfortunately fade. Paired it up with beef brisket/caramelized carrots/crème fraîche polenta. A good quality brasserie wine to be sure.
