先日の飲み残しのシャトー・ラフォリ・ペラゲ2001さん。ソーテルヌの当たり年とあってこの子もWA96点。3日目にとても良くなって、香りの力強さは薄らいだけど、トロリと甘く、それを支える適度な酸味。香りは砂糖漬けのパイナップル、桃、紅茶、スミレ？、カラメル、白い花。仕事の疲れも和らぐ。
