Pale straw and slightly opaque in the glass, nose is warm and inviting with lemon, stones, dried flowers and honey. This is ripe and broad but with more than enough cut to keep it refreshing, with juicy green pear, lemon verbena, almond, dried flowers and herbal notes. Would go great with anything Mediterranean or a nice grassy goat cheese

Nice refreshing but really not that interesting initially and at 40$ pricy. Faint pear may be. Reminds me off gooseberries. Quite tannic and big. Very well made.
