Great texture. Softly juicy/jammy. Strawberry preserves. Delicate w/great acidity. Almost creamy texture. Very versatile with the Farmer’s tasting menu at Blue Hill.

I am the contrarian on this board for this wine. Seems sweet to me. The 17 is really not up my alley. At some point A&R’s Trousseau style changed and they lost me or it is just this vintage - Tart then this kind of odd going off strawberries taste it just seems this has seen too much heat in the vintage. Off balance. I can not recommend this.
