Highly acidic, nice fruit. It was a bit hard to concentrate on notes. Meaty blackberry with black pepper nose. It underwhelms on the palate. I would have expected more body, but that would be hard to achieve with 11.9% ABV. I guess this is par for this wine. It's not often I disagree with @Antonio Galloni but I don't get the hype on this one. Maybe too young! 91 points
