Concentrated yet lively in style, offering palate-staining, mineral-tinged black raspberry, bitter cherry and blood orange flavors that show excellent clarity and turn sweeter on the back half. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, or in this case the Brouilly from the Morgon. Beautiful spicy red floral and violet aromatics, dried strawberry, with little sous bois on the very lengthy finish. Really classy Beaujolais.
