Gutedel (Chasselas) blend from the Baden region of Germany. I’ve only ever had Swiss Chasselas, and very few times at that, so I don’t have much of a reference point. Pale yellow, slightly cloudy. Reserved on the nose, with some yeasty notes. Ok the palate quite tart, a little grapefruity, with a lovely mouthfeel. Very nice wine, pair well with roasted Striped bass.
