From a magnum. Just a complete wine. 10 years is the sweet spot for pinot noir. Ever so subtle hints of age but still such freshness that this could go another decade probably. Paired with cedar planked salmon perfectly.

Not known for my patience. Brought this back from my first trip to OR w LeeQ. This was our first stop. Stoked they had older vtg stuff. Shared this at work and left it to share with others the next day. They didn't come to work so I took it home and it's a different wine. Soooo much more complex, showing a hint of darker fruits and delicate tertiary-ness and "old world-ness" that i was missing on day 1 which I wouldn't expect only being 08. Soter was a kick ass visit and this is a great reminder. Thanks Lee!
