New producer for me. Unique blend of 50 Pinot noir, 25 Chardonnay and 25 Pinot Blanc. I don’t recall the base vintage, but I do remember this had 3g/l dosage, which it wore well. Good richness here without being too austere/aggressive. A distinct creamy vibe (not sure if that’s due to the high use of Pinot Blanc). Followed over two hours. Profile here worked as it warmed up just a touch. Aromatically it is more yellow fruit, bright and mineral driven but it gains some spiced apple and pear alongside classical chalky limestone toward the finish. I’d be curious to see how this blend ages.

Quite nice. Medium soft bubbles, lots of acid (especially as it warmed), classic nose, not a ton of yeast (would have liked more). Excellent sipper with charcuterie.
