2nd visit with this btl, as impressive as before. Needed a couple hours open before it hit the sweet spot. Complex, layered, salty and deeply mineral. Textural, engaging palate, lengthy and serious for its price. Peach skin, Mirabelle plum, pineapple, orange zest, salt, crushed rocks, green almond, custard, tea leaves. Generous with its ample fruit and imprint on the palate, but restrained and finely etched acid bring the nuance, balanced.

Nose has white flowers, but also a monotonous citrus note, some minerals, palate is nice and balanced, very well made. Palate is very Rieslingesque. Complex and mineral. Juicy. Lacks a tiny bit of energy.
