This is EROS DE RAPHAËL. 2021 A bit tight when it opened but after 15 minutes the great qualities of Pinot Gris and gewurztraminer started to roll out of the glass. Cinnamon, grapefruit, rose and... carrots! A cloudy nat blend. High but not sharp acids, an IPA like bitterness.
