Rich, savory, and full without being mouth coating. Starts crisp and broadens out. Blood orange, passion fruit, and tea. Almost creamy. Medium acidity. These rosés provide an important contrast to the culturally preferred rosés of Cotes de Provence.

Delicious red fruits, a touch of rose water, and a bit of a yogurty tang wrapped in a round package. I find this has medium acidity. The full rosé paired with salmon in a pineapple-papaya BBQ sauce quite well!
