Made a Bolognese Meat Sauce for farfalle pasta and needed a cup of wine to add to sauce after the cream cooked down. Always like to use a wine in cooking that I am going to drink, and the West Face did no disappoint in either role. Added another layer of flavor to the sauce and brought out the nutmeg (secret ingredient) to a whole other level. With the meal it was wonderful. Can't wait to finish my last glass with my cannoli.
