Chat Fou is a unique mix of both red and white grapes - primarily Grenache with about 15% Clairette; Viognier, and Chasselas. It’s like a cousin to a GSM but with a softer, lighter, touch - fresher and less dense. Floral aromas with brambly raspberry, spiced red cherry flavors, and wet granite. Mild tannins with medium high acid.
