So...I had a birthday a couple weeks back and due to scheduling, my regular bottle finishing team wasn't available until now, so we're finally doing it up in my grand, unique style. Notes possibly tomorrow, scores honestly tonight. Decanted 6H; 2014-2019 vertical. 24-Hour Update: Nose has muddy strawberries, damp vines, fading roses and garden soil. Palate has tart cherry, lime zest, fresh cranberry with faint earthy notes. The darkest red color of any E&M rosé I have ever seen.

I love that the rose is the same color as the PN from 3 vintages earlier, and the Grauburgunder is the color of the rose from 3 vintages earlier, my how things evolve.

Pure tart cherries. Flowers. Roses, peonies. Some cat piss. Long and tart, a little bitter and volatile but pretty nonetheless.

Quite earthy. A Rose to cellar. Lime, tart, hint strawberry, cranberry. Keep it or drink in the next 2-3 years. Only Lyle Fass has this. Quite different from year to year. This tastes blind like a red. Let it warm up! Works well with Spanish Tapas.
