I love this wine, and though air seems to show it best, I've traded 4 bottles with friends who gave up on it. Dusty nose of dried cherrywood, it's smooth, rich and stemmy with lingering strawberry, cherry and olive bread essence on a 25 second finish. Has 5+ years to go but why wait if you can give it 30 min decant?
