100% Chenin Blanc Medium straw color. Clear and transparent. Classic aged Loire Chenin Blanc bouquet with waxy note, white flowers, stone fruits. Slightly oxidative but that only adds complexity. Completely dry, medium acidity. The 21 years it has had in the bottle have given the wine a good body and texture. This would stand up to any poultry or game based dishes. Great wine for the fall. I won't wait any longer. This is ready for the party. Again another amazing value from this great region. 91.
