Pale purple in colour. A lot of freshnesss on the nose, tart raspberries, white chocolate, and a bit of funk. Crisp, quite playful but more than just simple. First you get cranberries, then a wave of dark chocolate, lingering notes of green apple, and a bit of funk mixed with burnt sugars. Lingers on fresh thyme.
