High altitude aromatics with ripe Mediterranean fruit. Mostly Carignan with Grenache and some Syrah. Rich black and blue fruit, a little jammy at first, and shows good length and finesse as the wine dries down, but the leather and garrigue aromatics are in full force at opening. Easily one of the best red wines under $15 out there.

The 2016 vintage is Syrah, Grenache with a touch of Carignan. It’s earthy, spicy & full bodied blend

Fruity, with tastes of cranberry and raspberry. Earthy, smokey tertiary flavors. Medium body and tannins. Garnet in color.

I don’t know if I’ve ever tasted a wine like this. Fruity in a way I can’t quite describe. Juicy. Really quite enjoyed this. Had it with really good pizza.

Another stunning value red from Chambers Street: wild, brambly black fruit, herbal notes, lovely medium body. Would pair with steak or fish, its that versatile. Loved it.
