What a fuckin nose. Honeydew and a reductive waxy note, almost leaning towards Riesling petrolness. Texture and acid and oh me oh my just delicious. Not a lot of fruit (yellow apple) but some smokiness and fallen leaves and burnt kernels but in the best way
