Maison Foucher blends fruit from the villages of Sancerre, Chavignol (near Monts Damnés) and d’Amigny, all harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and fermented gently in stainless steel. An extra 7 months on the lees add richness to the ripe stone and citrus fruit aromas and flavors. Plenty of Sancerre flint and cut here to keep things fresh with an nice, crisp, finish.
