There's an element of class here you just don't often find in value-priced bubbles. "An excellent value for consumers looking for alternatives to Champagne. Lemon/lime, crushed rock and white currant notes are present in this crisp, elegant, refreshing, zesty, dry sparkler. Hints of wheat thins and brioche add complexity. Enjoy this medium-bodied offering over the next 1-2 years." WA 90

Great QPR Cava. 2 years on lees pre-disgorge. Has some brioche qualities on the Nose and great crispness.

Really nice. Bright fruit. Nice acidity. Nice texture. A bit of rubber-y-ness. Good value.

I opened another bottle of Bohigas Brut Reserva Special Magnum, which has been only made for the second year. Popping the cork, I noticed a nice straw pale yellow color and gave off a complex aromas of apple and citrus. Frothy mousse with small plentiful bubbles. The Cava was well-balanced, full-bodied, crisp with zesty fruit, wet stone minerality, biscuit tones and long on the finish. This is an outstanding alternative to a pricy bottle of French Champagne. Still tasting great! Exceptional!

Perfectly complements the cold, crisp outside weather, and the gleaming stars to boot.

This is a sick, sick sparkling! For all the oldtimers out there that means I love it. Perfect balance of dry, sweet and carbonation. Drank some and then moved to mimosa's. What a treat!

Yeasty and citrusy on the nose with tons of brioche and tart, unripe fruit on the palate. Small beads, luscious texture, short finish. Will lighten up a rich, heavy dish.
