Domaine Daniel Chotard Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2015

8.917 ratings on Delectable
$28.99

Daniel Chotard's Sancerre is from 25 year-old vines growing on pure Kimmeridgian marl on the west side of the appellation, harvested late and given plenty of lees contact. In 2015, the wine is really vibrant but also super-rich, with intense grapefruit, melon and citrus flavors and a flinty, minerally, finish. Well worth the step up in price to enjoy this Kermit Lynch selection.

Strawberries, raspberries, dry with minerality. Medium acid and a slight touch of cream on the finish. Nice stuffm

Doug thinks it is pretty good. Ok but not really for Mom.
