An expensive tasting Cab full of lush raspberry, cassis, and black plum fruit with just the right accent of Bordeaux-like fresh herb. Full-bodied and nicely ripe, the touches of oak spice and bitter chocolate add more complexity. The chunky texture and soft "chew" on the finish mean this will handle a steak easily - but there's no reason not to drink this all by itself. Great value.
Peppery and dry. Not bad for the price but not for me.
