A blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 10% each Cinsault and Carignan done almost entirely in tank. Aromas and flavors of black berries, chocolate covered cherry, and meaty notes of "garrigue" - scrub pine, thyme, lavender, juniper and rosemary. The ripe fruit cloaks the ripe, velvety, tannins, making this as much fun to drink on its own as it is to put out on the dinner table.
