Beaux Frères Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2014 (750ml 6bottle)

Mike Etzel, makes some of Oregon's most outstanding Pinot Noir. A blend of fruit from across the valley, the 2014 offers lush aromas of sweet dark cherry, sandalwood and spice. Plush on the palate with sweet and savory flavors of dark fruit, sweet spice, and crushed flowers, it finishes long and smooth. As Mike says, "This may be the best Willamette Valley cuvée that we have made to date."

Well balanced and tight nit at first. Great complexity and length. The bottle fell apart by hour 2 though becoming very awkward. #beauxfreres #willamettevalley #pinotnoir #robertparker #oregon #usa #ctbucklinwine

Second bottle to an 83 palmer. I should've had water. Lol. Still very tasty and could benefit from a couple of years.

Lush strawberry & dark cherry notes all over the nose & palate. Not shy, but enough structure to be balanced. Very good.

JL Oregon tasting 9/12/17. $55. Made the same as cousins but with better grapes from same top vineyards. Similar nose with less funk and more bright red fruits. Balanced but a bit sweeter on palate with long and complex finish. Interesting texture that's stimulating. Nice. But much higher bucks.

Young, good spice, strong acidity that I hope mellows with some age...

Figgy and plummy with a super silky mouthfeel. A tad sweet and lacking of tannins for my taste but overall an easy drinker for dinnertime.

Love their Pinots. Consistently great. No exception here. Strong fruity finish. WS gave it a 91.
